Hello…its me. Yes, its been a while since I’ve written and I apologize for my absence. I have been so busy with working on projects and making my presence known in the design world I forgot where I came from.

I came from the world of technology and my job was to tryout a lot of apps and do an extensive write up about my experience. So I decided to apply that knowledge here and get the ball rolling again. My new job is to educate the public on useful tools and apps that could help them in their journey of beautifying their homes.

So lets start with color shall we? Paint is the most effective and least expensive way to set a mood, to bring out the clients and make a dated space look like new.

Gray is the new beige. It is my most favorite go to color for any space.  Gray, whether it is a cool or warmer tone can make a room more sophisticated, warm and cozy. My favorite gray happens to be a blue gray by Sherwin Williams. The color is called Online.

Surprise!!! I’m a lover of tech and I picked a color called Online…its a nice medium blue gray that responds really well with warmer tones in the house. This color looks great in any interior, modern to traditional.

This year there has been a lot of talk about white. The thing is white comes in so many shades it’s ridiculous; so you have to be careful picking the right shade. There are shades that go from chalk white to ballerina pale pink to one that reminds of me a light mint green ice cream. My favorite white and I have used it a lot is Alabaster by Sherwin Williams. I’ve have used the color before is was popular. Its the perfect shade and makes any art or wood work stand out. It’s fresh and clean so its perfect for kitchens. baths and mill work.

If had one color I love working with; something with some kick, it would be Reynard by Sherwin Williams. I love that you can use it anywhere and it delivers a warm punch that can go in transitional and global spaces. Its on  my front door too. It says hello, come in for a cup of coffee and a cookie.
